Bistro MZ is located in Zagreb’s Ravnice district. Zagreb residents, as well as city guest, recognizes us under the name “Kod Srbina”.
Our family story dates back from 1983 when father Milan opened his first grill bar in Zagreb. Shortly after the opening, Voja Miličević joined him as the kitchen chief. The dishes of local Serbian cuisine and eastern gourmet flavors, Voja successfully passed into our yard. His culinary art, oriented to national cuisine and specialties, is exceptional also thanks to growing up with his father, well known chef from Kruševac. Spicy minced meat, tenderloin, gourmet minced meat steak, ćevapčići (minced meat dumplings), house specialty – croatian rose … are our widely known dishes.
The Bistro MZ was opened in 2002 and successfully continues family tradition under the baton of the Labus younger generations. We are best known for the specialties of Serbian national cuisine and top- quality prepared dishes – tripes, beans with spare ribs or bacon, karma, cod stew… all at acceptable prices with daily change of menu.
The premises of the Bistro MZ are homely, air conditioned, with a terrace and a parking space.
